Our Maple Modern Project created a bright, open kitchen and living room space in this South Boulder home. The owners chose natural maple slab cabinet doors with dramatic black countertops. Once the previously confining wall was removed, a load-bearing post had to be incorporated into the design. The owners selected a sleek black metal post that coordinated beautifully with the countertops.
