SoBo Mid Century Modern

Our Mid Century Modern Project in South Boulder was a first-floor renovation of a tri-level house in Boulder. The design maximized all available space to return more functional space than before the remodel without adding additional square footage. The creative reallocation of space enabled the creation of an open kitchen, dining room, and living room area, accompanied by the addition of a large pantry and half bath.

This project won third place at the 2018 NKBA Rocky Mountain Peak Awards in the Medium Kitchen category!
